Outsourcing can tremendously reduce stress for all employees in a work place. Over workedemployees will begin to lack in productivity and will not become as flexible. Making sure thatyou use knowledgeable outsourcing services can be extremely beneficial to the growth andefficiency of the company. Hire experts and individuals who are self-motivated and can workwell in a team setting. Client ExperienceResponding to your clients effectively and properly responding to their needs helps to shape the patients experience. Customer retention rates will drastically decrease. There will be high referral pattern. People who are treated well and fair will always recommend the facility to other future patients. There are some disadvantages in outsourcing that can negatively affect client experience. When companies do not discuss the direction of the company and does not set goals then there will not be a clear understanding of the overall purpose. Being unorganized will begin to show through the ineffective work that is being done. Patients will begin to question why outsourcing is being used because of the lack of organization and productivity. Making sure that 4
the company and the outsourcing services have the same values and interests can help to guarantee a successful client experience.
