6.2 Sources of Recruitment. Traditional recruitment process often goes through many steps. In an age of modernization, the labor market is being optimized, traditional recruitment becomes expensive and ineffective. Instead of using traditional recruitment, employers tend to use online recruitment at present. This method has both advantages and disadvantages. Advantages: It saves time and costs for organizations, this is form of performance enhances efficiency for recruiting, flexibility, accessibility, this form of performance enhances efficiency for recruiting Disadvantages: They have some troubles in logistical problems, too high volume of response, sometimes their website is poor for employees to apply. 6.3 Job Analysis, Job Descriptions, Personal Specifications and Competency Frameworks Selection Job analysis: This is the process of gathering and analyzing information about the recruitment and some requirements of jobs (Network, 2018). It helps in analyzing the resources and establishing business strategies. The success of the organization rests in part on the contribution of the staff. Job description: Job description is a document created by the employer from the company for the purpose of advertising, attracting potential employees to suit the jobs (Topness, 2017). It should be written briefly included in describing the main characteristics of the job. The job description defines clearly what the employees expect

of the employer. If the job description is done correctly, this can be considered a useful tool for supporting information between manager and staff. Competency Frameworks: This form brings the skills, knowledge and capabilities needed for an organization (Mindtools, 2018). Each individual will be assigned a job that fits their ability. To be developed in this framework, workers need to have certain knowledge and an in-depth understand to adapt this work. 6.4 On-Boarding and Induction The concept of on-boarding is used in the context of labor market, business to orient staff. This process helps employees to adapt to the new working environment and corporate culture (Human resources, 2018). The purpose of the introduction is to make it clear to the employee that in order to work in company s environment, they must understand all aspects of their position to be effective.
