I would tell her that there is an accountability hierarchy which should be used as a means of  communication to the larger organization. This will also ensure that the governing board of negotiated  acceptance of goals. You would negotiate team goals, maintain coordination with supporting teams, and  assist the team in goal achievement (p. 83). You should listen to the units, individuals and patients.  Achieve agreed-on goals, initiate requests for assistance from other areas, convey the organizations  global needs, and participate in PITs (p. 84). These obligations will ensure the team has a purpose and  that purpose is met.  3. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
