behavior or OB tries to explain why individual and groups act the way they do inside the
organizational setting. The second goal that I would like to speak on is that organizational
behavior tries to guess how individuals and groups will act based on internal and external factors.
The third and last goal that I am getting ready to be speaking on is that organizational behavior
provides supervisors with tools to support them in the handling of the persons’ and groups’
behaviors, so they gladly put forth their greatest work to achieve organizational goals.
The different types elements of organizational behavior that some the managers are using
are philosophy, value, vision and goals. When the supervisors are utilizing these various
techniques, it permits them to make sure that the organization operates more efficiently.
Organizational behavior improves to enhance the customer, client, and employee essential
services when the organizational behavior is applied properly. The reason that the health care
industry studies the organizational behavior is because that the managers in today’s health care
need to acquire the talents to converse successfully with and encourage and lead varied parties of
people within the sizable, vibrant and intricate industry. Communication, inspiration and

guidance are all theories within the mastery of organizational behavior. Supervisors also require
the necessity to recognize the causes of office problems such as low performing, revenue, dispute
and tension, so that they may be preemptive and reduce these excessive undesirable
consequences.
