B. Conduct impairing the rights of the Fellows, C. Conduct destroying the good reputation of a Fellow, Officer and/ or JO, and, D. Failing to perform his duties as a Fellow without valid reason, unless properly justified in a Letter. §23. Any fellow may be expelled for the aforementioned reasons and the following: A. Suspension for any reason from JO for three (3) times, B. Suspension from the university at any length or, C. Expulsion from the University §24. A Letter containing the details of the offense/s committed as provided under Article IV Section 21, the name of the accused, and the name of the accuser, must be submitted by the latter. Amicable settlement is prioritized. Suspension should not exceed six (6) weeks. If a Fellow is expelled, he is perpetually banned from JO and its activities. §25. The procedure for the suspension of a fellow and impeachment of an Officer are prescribed under Article IX Section 4. §26. A Letter is filled when a Fellow voluntarily terminates his Fellowship §27. A Certification is awarded leading to, or punishment by suspension or expulsion.

ART. V. Executive Officers, Directors, and Advisers §1. The Officers of JO consist of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) ; The Chief Operating Officer (COO) under the COO is the Director of Operations (D-OP) ; The Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO) under the CMCO is the Director of Marketing and Communications (D-MarkCom) ; The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) under the CFO is the Director of Finance (D-Fin) ; The Chief Legal and Compliance Officer (CLCO) under the CLCO is the Director of Regulatory Compliance (D-RegCom) ; The Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) - under the CHRO is the Director of Human Resource (D-HumRes) . The CEO, COO, CMCO, CFO, CLCO, and CHRO form the Executive Board ; the Executive Board and the appointed Adviser/s ab intra form the Board of Directors . §2. The qualifications of the Officers are the following: A. Enrolled in any course in HAU-CBA, B. An Active Official Fellow for at least two (2) Regular Semesters, C. Not subjected to any disciplinary action within JO and/or the University, D. Has no failing grade on any of the enrolled subjects on the previous two (2) Semesters, and E. Intends to continue his/her studies in HAU-SBA for the succeeding Academic Year that he/she intends to serve. §3. The Officers term commence May 1 of the year of election and terminates April 30 the next calendar year. §4. Before a fellow becomes an Officer, he/she shall take the following oath or affirmation: “I, do solemnly swear (or affirm), that I will faithfully and conscientiously execute my duties as (Position) of Juris Orbis, preserve and defend its Constitution, execute its documents, give justice to every man, and consecrate myself to the service of the university.

§5. All Officers commit to attend all Meetings, Assemblies and activities. A Letter is submitted to notify for absences at least two (2) days before the activity, unless for emergencies. Other than case-to-case situations, the following are the only valid reasons for absence: A.
