of ($119 billion) that was incurred by the Porter and Gamble company in the year 2018 as witnessed in the consolidated statement of comprehensive income. The previous period (2017) witnessed the company generating a total of other comprehensive income totaling to $1,275 billion. Similarly, the reduction in the amount of total comprehensive income made by the company in the year 2018 as compared to the year 2017 justifies the need by the company to factor in their strategic plans the need to cut down the costs of doing business. Kimberly-Clark company on its side witnessed an ever-increasing figure in the total operating expenses that they incurred across from 2016 to 2018. For instance, in the year 2016, the total operating expenses were $24,239 billion, 2017($26,842 billion), 2018($30,941 billion). This illustrates how the expenses were ever-increasing and it needed the company to put in place measures that will see the trend being overturned. The companies can cut down their costs by putting measures such as

Surname 4 minimizing the labor costs. It is good to note that cutting down the labor costs does not mean that the companies should do away with their workers but rather it means that both companies should make use of their experienced employees efficiently. Some of the services adding up the operating expenses, for instance, is the professional services. That's the reason why the two companies should focus on utilizing their experienced workers efficiently. In doing so, it means that the company will not be having a large number of employees who are just averagely experienced but rather quite a small number of employees who possess diverse skills. My recommendations will be viewed as ethical. This is because workers of any organization have the freedom of either accepting or rejecting the acts that are proposed by those in charge of management. They can do that because of the following factors. It could be because of the safety of the employees or rather the act being talked about by the management being unethical and therefore warranting it undoable on the side of the employee. The values of the job place should be in conformity with the values of an employee so that they do not end up compromising their own values for the sake of the entity. There is a need for the company to pay their dues for the employees in a fair manner. In doing so, it will ensure that the company charges accurately for the time that the employee spends on working in the company. Such acts promote the safety of employees in the sense that they don't get overworked without being paid for the extra times that they have worked in the company. As it is known that working beyond the normal hours usually brings fatigue on the side of the employee. If such a worker in the company is not looked into they are likely to cause accidents in the company. Therefore, it becomes necessary for the firm to regulate the number of hours that the workers should work in the firm so as to promote safety in the workplace. The safety will be in the workplace and not on
