A team is equally committed to the goals and to the other members in the group. The equal commitment also ensures every team member accepts accountability and is liable for the outcome. According to Buijs (2007, p. 206) "Innovations are seldom the result of one individual creative genius." A strict group is a group that are well- organized with a main goal. This group could be a work group or any group that is necessary to complete an assignment. A casual group is more unplanned and unorganized and there is no way of predicting what is expected with these groups. Personality and assessment tests are often given to members of a group or team to show how people have different habits, values, behaviors, interests and communication styles. Most reports generated from these tests caution people to not judge a style as good or bad. However, every individual may have to be more accepting of the fact that adaptation may be needed of the individual's personal style to work
