The project status report was used to keep stakeholders informed aboutproject performance against the baseline. Containing information on risk management, quality audits and upcoming activities. The feedback received was on the need to include more visual information such as graphics and images, rather than text, because with visual information it is easier to interpret the numbers and quickly assess project performance.Changes in the project.Communicating project changes keeps stakeholdersinformed of what has been requested and what impacts the scope, cost, timeframe or quality. The communication also informs the project team when they can initiate proposed changeactivities. The feedback received was the improvement in the communication flow, because currently only after the change has been approved, the project team is aware of what needsto be done. The project team would like to be informed of the change request during the approval processso that they can plan.Lessons learned are recorded information about all the strengths and weaknesses of the project. They can be recorded throughout the project life cycle and whenever a stakeholder provides feedback that can contributeto project improvement and future projects.Feedback received was that it wouldbe important to have more communication channels available for stakeholders to provide information to be recorded in the lessons learned from the project. Registration only through meetings makes the process ineffective. To dothis, it would be interesting to provide online registration forms within PMIS, email or physical forms.Lessons Learned.Project Information and Communication Management Assessment 1, v2, Last Updated 25 May 2019 Page 14 of 19
