T-1.8.1_v3 TASK 3: MONITOR AND REVIEW OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE Based on your previously completed TASK 1 and TASK 2, you have now crossed the first quarter of your operational plan. At this stage you will have to monitor and review operational performance of your plan that you have implemented. To do this you will develop, monitor and review performance systems, analyse and interpret budgets, identify areas of underperformance, implement systems to ensure mentoring and coaching, negotiate recommendations, and implement systems to ensure management of procedures and recordkeeping.
