My body can battle pressure better when it is fit. Step seven I can set breaking points properly and figure out how to state no to demands that would make exorbitant worry in my life. Step eight, set aside a few minutes for leisure activities, interests, and unwinding. Finally step nine, get enough rest and rest. My action plans for my epilepsy is very important. What do I daily to prevent seizures is to get plenty of rest. My brain is active 24/7. Large amount of brain activity can trigger seizures. Another action I must take in effect is reducing my stress. Stress triggers so much strain on the brain that my brain reacts in panic. That will bring on a seizure. Finally, and most important, take my medicine everyday and on time. I take it once in the morning and one at night.

6 My Life Plan The transthoracic behavioral model plan for depression has been put into place for me. I will focus on social, perceptual, or natural changes and roll out somewhere around for improvement. I will expand self-viability gives me a chance to actualize activity arranged procedures, for example, I will have good thoughts on life, or on the other hand do positive activities. This will perceive designs that flag conceivable backslide and create counteractive action procedures. Next, my transthoracic behavioral model plan for my epilepsy. The goal of this plan is to urge myself to accept the prescriptions as recommended, practice procedures to decrease stress and embrace techniques to encourage successful rest. Counseling has been put in place for me on how to manage seizures and how prevent them. The plan also states that self-management is key to preventing seizures. I must stay away from things that triggers the episodes. With this plan, I shall become better and more confident in controlling my disease. Finally, my last transthoracic behavioral model plan is for cervical cancer. I have been cancer free for 5 years. According to the plan, to prevent this cancer I must have my regular pap smears every year. Also, I must use protection when engaging in sexual activity. Lastly, a recommended HPV shot was advised. These steps in this plan will help me prevent the cancer from coming back into my system. The transthoracic behavioral model plan is a great plan in order to prevent my risk factors. I didn’t know where to begin going forward with my health. This plan helped me implement action plans to prevent cervical cancer, depression, epilepsy. It’s all about self-management and motivation.

7 My Life Plan What I expect from the action plan is to have a great outcome from my health. I know sometimes its hard for me not stress, but the way I see I can either run from or learn from it. Stressing out all the time is not the route to go. I will stop and think and say to myself do I really want my risk factors to come back? I will make a chart with steps to take to prevent my risk factors. The outcome I want from these plans is to have a calm stress-free life.
