The video wouldbe able to portray the catastrophic injuries and gross disfigurement or damages that Mr.King has suffered and how it has affected his everyday life and relationships. The videowill give an in depth summary of the case and highlight not just written but visually howin depth the difficulties of everyday life for Mr. King. Hearing all the evidence andtestimony that Mr. Kings legal team would also make it much easier for the defense totruly understand why it would be in their best interest to settle outright.2
All settlement brochures should contain basic information including an analysis ofliability, a complete breakdown of incurred and estimated future damages, andevidentiary material such as testimony from medical experts (Atkins, 2009).Liability witnesses including the truck driver and any witnesses at the scene will beneeded for interview to include in the video settlement brochure. Damages witnessessuch as the plaintiff, his family, and medical experts should be interviewed for the video,as well. 3
