All settlement brochures should contain basic information including an analysis of liability, a complete breakdown of incurred and estimated future damages, and evidentiary material such as testimony from medical experts (Atkins, 2009). Liability witnesses including the truck driver and any witnesses at the scene will be needed for interview to include in the video settlement brochure. Damages witnesses such as the plaintiff, his family, and medical experts should be interviewed for the video, as well. 3
