thought that the children forgot to do as they were told. She locked the door, shut the curtains and turned the lights off then went back to bed. As Mrs. Sodder was dozing back off to sleep she heard a loud noise. It sounded as if something had hit the roof and then rolled down. It was only moments later that she started smelling smoke. She immediately began to wake her husband up. They then ran out of their room only to find that that the stairway was blocked and they could not get to their children upstairs. They frantically screamed for everyone to get out of the house. As George and his wife made it outside they immediately done a count to see if everyone was there and that when they realized that the five children who were allowed to stay up late were not there. Of course as anyone would think they thought that they were still trapped inside the house. George tried to go back into the house but the fire was too bad blocking the entrance so George ran to get a ladder tht he always left on the side of the house but it was gone. At the time he was in panic mode and did not think much about it but later he wondered who moved his ladder because it was not him. Then he ran to his truck so he could pull it under a window and climb in.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
