It’s important that a department or company strategy going forward include a technology component to ensure they are getting the most out of that area and being innovative in their space. Strategy 4: Quality Strategy (Product defects, etc.) The Quality Strategy is comprehensive, systemic, and continuous. It will be amended as necessary to support the continuous quality improvement process, to reflect changes from state, federal or other regulatory authority, and to respond to any significant changes in membership or provider demographics. Motors and More, Inc. will need to be aware over all regulations when creating a new Human Resource department. The company will need to address issues that are against federal and other regulatory rules and regulations. For example, there is one supervisor who is a woman and four managers, all of whom are men. Motors and More should examine the jobs to determine if they are equal in terms of skill (experience or training), effort (mental or physical effort), responsibility (degree of accountability) and similar working conditions (physical surroundings or hazards) (Quality Strategy Plan. 2017). This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. The company will need to add more female managers and other ethnic groups to be more diverse. Furthermore, the quality strategy will Motors and More to assess the issues that involve sex discrimination, racial/ethnic discrimination, benefits of retention, and assessing the effectiveness of recruiting efforts. The Strategy can also be applied to the service and products being offered by Motors and More, Inc. Controlling any product defects or staying in line with federal regulations when it pertains to the services being offered by the company needs to be top priority. The company is growing at a very fast rate and to keep up with the rapid growth it will be necessary to plan ahead. The company needs to be prepared to face any unforeseen events that may occur and react quickly to all situations. Strategy 5: Diversity and Inclusion/Training Through the effects of the quality strategy Motors and More, Inc. can develop a strong diversity and inclusion/training program.
