ational/people/outreach/oe/?cid=nrcs143_021952If I am computing this correctly, my numbers were pretty high in the twenties and through these calculation showsmy Absolute Strength – 24, Relative Strength – 25, Possible Development Area – 25, Development Area – 23, and Possible Block – 26. My energy is on a constant base to where I expect to go with opening and partnership with one who is already established as a Businessman with a LLC license. I stay at a positive level towards my thinking ability to how I view and see things. My emotional level is based upon how I feel and ways that feeling take an affect around the team or society and I have control in keeping my feelings to myself when I am in a working mood. Building trust and enabling others is at a high because of my own trustworthiness to putting trust in people I do not know. I need some work in this category because you must watch everybody who sometimes wears a mask and people are good at pretending to be something or someone they are not just to get in with another person. Conceptual thinking is at a normal level because I think before I act to any type of situation and I do not be moved in doing anything just because that person told me to or it might appear some kind of way good. System thinking goes for itself because it takes a team to get a job done and if they all share same thoughts and visions makes for a great successful team. Share your results with the class in this discussion post. Do you believe that the results reflect your personal management approach? Why or why not?As I grow more with experience into the field of management, I will have a better understanding in what it takes to be your best and how you will get there. When a person make themselves clear to others of giving themselves managers position, you naturally think they have all the right tools for succeed and help other achieve success. That means you have all the right methods, ways, and actions to make yourself known to the world and be able to manage and handle any type of situation or issues that occurs with professionalism and always perfect mannerism that follows. It takes hard work and a business liked mind to claim a big title as a manager claims themselves to be. You should stand out with something that is different then the rest and people should be able to feel from you of that high reliance from you having the full package.  Next, discuss how your results support or relate to the Situational, Contingency, or Trait Leadership
