can relate back to the improvement I need to make as well. I could have frame worked my answers to sound more professional, which would be better advertisement of myself. Overall Tyler had a good interview, and seemed confident about throughout the duration of the interview.I also watched Celine’s interview. In class Celine is always quiet and shy, but in her interview she looks very confident. During her interview, she had a little trouble coming up with her strengths and weaknesses, which to a future employee could sound unprepared. But comparing her interview to my own this is something I struggled with too. Even though she struggled to answering some of the interview questions, I think she did a good job in her body language and eye contact. Her interview felt like it went super-fast when I watched it, there was nothing that really stood out to me during her interview that would make me want to choose her as a candidate. Celine interview wasn’t bad, she just did not seem very personal with the interviewer, which is a vital part of an interview so that the interviewer has an idea of the type of person is going to work for them.

When watching Katy’s interview, you could tell she has a lot of experience in a lot of things, plus she used a lot of framework words to answer the questions.
