commitment to effect a maximum output, the leader must set the goal and objectives and make clear and easy the tasks to be performed by the personnel How would I lead and guide a business team or group : More than any social organizations, business is the most that is greatly and immediately affected by change. With the present economic recession, the leader should be highly strategic in designing business plans. The goals must be realistic and the strategies to achieve them must be specific and doable. Once these plans are in place, the leader must be charismatic in moving the followers toward the attainment of these goals. Toward this purpose, the leader must know the followers’ motivation, and accordingly develop in them the sense of ownership, so that together, in unity, as a team, they all shall work for the success of the business organization.
