separate building away from the younger kids but as still fully supervised by the staff.  They also can get homework help. This program is specifically designed to keep the  teenagers off the streets by giving them a fun, neutral place to go after school.     Another program offered is an all summer, summer camp. They are open from 6:30 am  until 6pm, Monday – Friday. At $1 per hour, this program can’t be beat. They offer swim  lessons, (every child MUST learn to swim)  karate, dancing, tumbling, arts and crafts,  fishing, theatre, a skate board park, and all year round hockey rink, competitions, CPR  classes, and that’s just the beginning.

  All of these things can be elixirs and amulets. Here are some examples.    Power Hour: It is an amulet because it encourages students to set goals and objectives  that must be met before they obtain their reward. It is an elixir because it gives them a  feeling of confidence knowing that they finished their tasks on time and correctly (the  staff checks it). It also relieves stress on the parents knowing that when they get home  they do not have to spend the evening dealing with homework issues.     Swim Lessons: This is an amulet because the physical activity makes them stronger  and healthier. It is an elixir because of the sense of pride the children feel knowing they
