Educational Plans (IEP) After analyzing the school, determining the culture and theorizing the possible collaboration routes, setting up a plan of action is important. Most important of these action steps in to know who needs to be included in the conversations and who I must establish lasting relations with. The chart below is a broken down representation of the plan I used in setting up and implementing an IEP with Mariposa Elementary.
