Listened to the problems of the customers actively which help in analyzing the problem quickly and finding solution for customers. Interacted with customers professionally at work and provided the required assistance and solutions to the problems which resulted in 20 percent increase in customer satisfaction rating of company. VOLUNTEER WORK Planted 50 plants in the college on the occation of “Environment day” which helped in making our college beautiful and contributed in providing fresh air by planting plants. Organized free summer camp for children of a village to encourage them to participate in extra curricular activities that increased the rate of children taking part in sports and other curricular activies by 40%.
