Now there are two final beliefs that I follow based on Christianity. These two beliefs are people should not hold grudges and people should be open to forgiving other who has done them wrong or cause them pain. I feel holding a grudge is unhealthy. That creates unnecessary stress that just adds to the daily pressures and stressors that we deal with as humans. We already have to deal with school, social activities, and friends. So a grudge just adds another dimension to our worries. It breeds hatred in your spirit and leads to evil thinking and revenge seeking. When someone has done something wrong to you, you don’t seek revenge. That makes you no better than that person. It makes you bitter and only escalates to hostility. Instead of trying to seek revenge on the person who has done something that upsets you give them a smile and continue to treat them with respect. I know that this will end up changing a person for the better. That person believes you will seek revenge on them and when you don’t it opens their eyes to reciprocating fairness and equality.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
