Furthermore, we found our company lacking the presence of digital channels where our competitors have capitalized, and their performance has been admirably excellent in their particular e-commerce ventures. Our organization seems to lack interest in the digital marketplace, and this reflects a deep dissatisfaction of being resistant to change. Furthermore, lack of focus, which has made the department leaders highly concerned about their private issues is worrying, as they do not care about the overall organizational health. Consequently, direct measures have to be taken to ensure the situation is under control for future improvements in our operations. Seemingly, a proposal to reorganize the departments must be implemented to ensure the size and multiple chains of command are reduced (Cummings, Bridgman, & Brown, 2016). As a result, this will ensure the company is restored to its former dignity of being the largest and most famous brands in the United States.
