And as the firm continues to grow, it is building an impressive client list along the way. Sly Like a Fox—Who Wants to Open a Lot of Offices Founded in 1907, Philadelphia-based Fox Rothschild has grown to be a well-established player in the business, corporate and securities, entertainment, labor and employment, employee benefits, real estate, creditors’ rights, litigation, and estates law fields. Fox Rothschild’s client list includes closely held businesses, small public companies, and tax- exempt organizations as well as high-net-worth individuals and celebrities (including Oscar nominee Angela Bassett, rapper/ actor Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, and producer/author TD Jakes), and Fortune 500 companies like Wells Fargo, Walmart, Merck & Co., and Xerox. Over the last several years, Fox Rothschild has expanded into several new regions. Marking its first foray into the Pacific Northwest, Fox Rothschild merged with Seattle-based Riddell Williams in May 2017. The move significantly expanded Fox’s geographic reach and added 39 attorneys to Fox’s bench. The merger expanded Fox’s depth in several key national practice areas: corporate, employment, environmental, financial services and creditors’ rights, litigation and real estate.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
