complaining that no matter what they say nothing would get done. He went on and on about the changes. Susan was remaining positive and told him that is why charge nurses are meeting to go over these deficiencies so it can be presented to senior leadership. Kevin stood up and was being disrespectful, loud and using inappropriate language how leadership doesn’t care. Susan advised him to sit back down to discuss or leave the room. He continued to make comments how nothingchanges. She said in a firm voice that he was officially dismissed from this meeting and he was to go home. He left the room. Susan then told his manager that they would talk about this later and discuss appropriate action. Susan and the manager of the department met and wrote up Kevin and provided the policies he violated in conducting himself in an unprofessional manner.
