If you are going to eat out a good place to start is to check online to see if you can find the restaurant menu. Usually if the menu is there the calories and fat count will be included as well. Keep track of the calories you take in each day so when you do eat that fast food meal it won’t put you over the top of what you should be eating. This is where the excess weight comes in.
