downgraded or are being managed by god’s virtue. We have some schools where all the activities of Human
resource department are supervised by Principal of that school only. Report clearly says that the schools
undergoes very traditional and non-standard procedure while hiring and on top of that the training is not
being provided to more than 60% of employees at their workplace. Many teachers raised their same and
repeating concern about career development in schools. Only if they are provided any motivation, the
quality of work could have improved.
