He was an intellectual in finding of what to do to Improve the industrial efficiencythrough the power of his employees. He developed a Scientific Method of Managingworker's Output over time where by time work analysis,He discovered the specified task tobe accomplished by each employee per day.To get this he first removed the time wasted ina Process of output. Taylor died on March, 21, 1915 and he is considered as aFather ofScientific Management(Wikipedia.org).In 1911, Frederick Winslow Taylor applied a Scientific Method Management to raise theProductivity of workers and the same apply to the company. To achieve this, he Scheduleda Specified output for each employee equally to be accomplished in his or her day work tothe success of a company's goals. From his Philosophy, a worker was to be Productiveand contribute to the company efficiently. The Production increased while employees wereexpected to get only smallest amount from their production, Upton Sinclair Commented onTaylor's approach. Upton Sinclair clarified that the approach was about dehumanizing butthe company growth income raised up. Carpenter,Bauer&Erdogan (2010).Time andMotion.Principles of Management v1.1,pp129-130.In my work experience where I was an I.C.T Trainer in Business Development Centerslocated in Rwanda(BDC), this Scientific Method of Management to measure the Process ofoutput were used. The Mission and Vision of the Institution were set into two SeparateFunctions but Parallel. The institution's tasks were to raise the level of ICT users trained foraction and bring the program of capacity building to them in people of from 16 Years oldand above. This included Youths, Women, Men and Elders who wish to get knowledgeabout our offered services and the last action was to certify them for training Participatingafter completing the required courses for Program accomplishment.As Coworkers, we scheduled a Program in responsibilities depending on the team we had.We were three workers in institution all aimed at training at least240students in everyyear. We found that we have to have a minimum number of candidates for pass out of theProgram in every month of20trainees. The Program was composed ofCapacity buildingand ICT Training.
