The front reception area is where our receptionist greets each of our guests as they enter. The indoor play area is a large open floor space that is carpeted in artificial turf for days when the weather isn’t conducive to outdoor playtime and for training. The grooming room is where our clients get pampered in our spa. This room includes a bathing area and grooming area. We also have a veterinarians check up room for basic health

In the back of our facility we have a spacious fenced in outdoor play area that includes various obstacles and play structures for the pups to explore.LaborWagz’s labor force is diverse. We have drivers, groomers, trainers, janitors, attendees, andvarious management staff. All of our employees are subject to background checks and preliminary drug screening. Our drivers must have a clean driving record and must go through Wagz’s driver training program. Our groomers and trainers must have their respective required certifications. All employees must also go through Wagz’s new hire orientation so that they are aware of and understand all of Wagz’s policies and procedures to ensure a consistently high quality experience for our customers.Raw Materials and PurchasingThe raw materials needed for Wagz’s operation are various types of high quality food, treats, shampoos, and various pet supplies. Our procurement manager is responsible for acquiring the needed materials and orders these supplies as necessary. The procurement manager follows the purchasing procedure and purchases our supplies from Wagz’s approved vendors list only. Quality ControlQuality of service is Wagz’s primary concern.
