Supply Chain Management Report Project Paper and Presentation (Team) Due Mon, Aug 28 20 points Students are required to complete a final Team Supply Chain Management Report Project and PowerPoint presentation that includes the learned modules as part of the solution to company’s business problem(s). To start, find a business that has a problem that needs to be solved with Supply Chain Management solution topics that we learned in this course. Or, consider an innovation from this course that would benefit the company. Company must be approved by Instructor in advance. The project must develop a clear and succinct problem statement and then a strategy to solve the issue. The current situation should be covered, then introduce the problem in not more than two paragraphs. The solution should be innovative and workable with the proven technology. Most of the recommendations will be for finding cost reductions, generating revenue, achieving competitive advantage or streamlining processes. Ensure that you include all the key learned modules as part of the solution to the business problem: CRM, ERP, SCM, KM, etc. A suggestion is to divide project tasks related to specific module among the team members. Students may leverage any new emerging technology in report as a niche for company to gain competitive advantage over the competition. Project work will be graded on a number of criteria, including: conformance to prescribed content, format, grammar, readability, and the use of technical notations and diagrams. Refer to Methodology section for additional grading criteria. You must produce a minimum report of between 15 – 25 pages as group, and about 8 pages on individual projects . 12 point font, double spacing, and APA guidelines should be strictly followed. The PowerPoint presentation should include all criteria for written paper and should sell the recommendations of your project. Must include speaker notes with PowerPoint and demonstrate creativity in your presentation. The group presentation of the final project is to consist of 10 – 12 PowerPoint slides in the body to meet requirements. The individual presentation is to consist of 5 –7 PowerPoint slides in the body. A cover slide and list of references slide are required, in addition. This format is designed for a 15-minute time slot to your CEO and Board of Directors, so plan accordingly (e.g. 10 minutes of presentation plus 5 minutes of Q&A.).

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
