Therefore, this choice has two significant consequences: when a decision is made, one party gets negatively affected. This choice is reasonable because the organization gets the opportunity to finish the project and increases its revenue, and the developer gets to keep his job.

It is a predicament that the project leader has to tackle and come up with an appropriate decision that is ethical, considerate, appropriate, and morally upright. These chosen guidelines set forth the roles that all three of these parties ought to undertake when preserving the sensitive details of individuals. In addition, each stakeholder should be mindful of how they want to communicate knowledge about other individuals.
