The certificate holder shall maintain records by using an automated record keeping system approved by the FSSS. or: (issue only one) E3b. MANUALLY MAINTAINED RECORDS . The certificate holder shall maintain records manually by using forms or format approved by the FSSS. E4. TRAINING RECORD RETENTION AND COPIES. The certificate holder shall maintain a copy of the trainee’s training record for a period of at least 12 calendar months after the completion of training, or testing.
