Group sessions may not be refunded if on a limited session membership but can be changed to another time. Quality control (mandatory)[Our quality of service is crucial to both the business and its reputation. To maintain top quality control, we will hold quarterly meetings and publish surveys for clients to express their opinions andgive suggestions on what could be improved. The business will then discuss these measures and evaluate whether it would benefit the quality of the control given the cost required to do so. To furthermore ensure quality control, we will hire an independent business analyst which will evaluate the current and potential performance of the gym in comparison to its competitors, factorssuch as location, price, experience, reputation, resources and quality of service will be considered and published to the business in an annual report.Our business will be an affiliate member of the WA weightlifting association and Australian Weightlifting Federation sanctioned club. It will also be affiliated under the CrossFit trademark, with our competitive clients competing in local, regional, state and national level competitions. We do not have any direct affiliation with another club.Our gym will also be a member of Fitness Australia to give credibility to our gym and become an AusREP on the Australian Register of Exercise Professionals.Sustainability planEnvironmental/resource impactsThe gym will involve a weightlifting club which will produce a lot of noise from heavy weights being dropped from overhead, this may impact local businesses which some may complain about the noise.
