Question Mark – Apple TV makes bit of money where it’s not reaching the potential
needed and if they can solve few ecosystem issues then they could own the TV space.
Rising Star – The iPhone and iPad rasing stars as to not being able to make enough of
them.
Cash Cows – Ther Mac Books are portable of
choice at the moment as to all-in-one iMac
in the cash cow place.
Dogs – the multi-part desktop fading away.

Environmental Scan of Apple Corporation
As to Apple, it’s an international company that produces computer software, consumer
electronics, and commercial servers (
).
Their main products are
the iPad, iPod, iPhones, and Macintosh computer in which Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak both
started this company in 1977 in California with being in business ever since.
Internal Environment
Apple’s internal environment is fast-paced, dynamic, and creative developing this
environment to encourage its human resources in becoming part of Apple brand and image.

According to their website, their employees enjoy working with the company due to their
creativity, productivity, and being a part of the excitement.
The company works much in
developing a culture in the corporation that can promote so much in value supporting their brand
image where the customer can have new experiences through Apple’s products.
External Environment
Considering Apple’s external environment, their focal point have been on two major
strategies and tactics with first making strategic alliance with IBM, Microsoft, and AT&T.
Those
alliances are useful to Apple as to providing more computer growth to the company and
commitment of the software that’s accessible and recognizable to worldwide consumers
(
).
Next they focal point been on the strategy of concentrating
on their internal growth which they implemented by developing new products for the market that
already been created and locating new markets also.
Global expansion is important to Apple as
large consumer markets are present in foreign countries where the corporation not serving yet.
