5. Conclusions Team working is not a finite project however a procedure of non-stop improvement and innovation. So as to gain excessive overall performance, groups require regular adjustments and challenges. These can also consist of adjustments to crew employees new responsibilities re-examining the contribution the group makes to the overall enterprise ambitions and ensuring that the crew has everyday dealings with different teams. A group of people, contributing their individual knowledge and skills but working together to achieve a common goal/task.
