Please communicate your schedule of class activities

Please communicate your schedule of class activities to all parties, such as your family members, as appropriate, so as to minimize misunderstanding about your required time commitment for this class. This is important when family members are planning their different activities. All planned class activities are listed in chronological order in this course outline. Class Preparation and Participation To prepare yourself for a better learning experience, read the lecture notes and assigned textbook chapters before coming to the class. Your attention (not just attendance) and participation in class is extremely important for you to understand the material and follow along. If you change your email address published on SOAR to a new one, you will also be responsible for supplying your new email address to the instructor. For the proper progress of all class related work, decisions made during a class session will be counted as valid decisions for all class members regardless of whether they are present at that time or not. Not being in the class means one forfeits the right of participating in that decision-making process (if the students are invited to make that decision collectively). Due to all possible reasons that should be accommodated, not being able to join a class session will not hurt your grade. However, the instructor will keep attendance records. In order to do well in exams, you must know all class material, including lecture, lecture notes, homework material, and class project material. 3

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
