equal when it comes to bargaining. It is advised that an alternative coalition be formed to define quality and reward so that workers and students have a common understanding of term quality. Furst-Bowe and Bauer (2007) Discusses on how Baldrige model increases the quality management in performance and innovation success and it is helpful for institutions that provide education, embracing leadership that is visionary and organized valuations for change of activities to help align resources and processes in the company. More so they affirm that rewarding helps employees reduce instances of boycotting and mismanagement of resources (Pratheepkanth, 2011). Research Philosophy, Approach and StrategyResearch philosophyIt is the development of knowledge that is normally adopted by researchers in any research (Saunders, Lewis, & Thornhill, 2009). It is a theory that is used to guide a researcher for carrying out the procedure of research strategy, research design, sampling and questionnaire. The understanding of the research philosophy is quite important because it helps in examining the assumptions on how researchers and users of the researched information view the world. The researchers choose the assumptions contained in research philosophy, knowing whether they are inappropriate or appropriate. There are different types of research philosophy that are applied in conducting research. The most suitable research philosophy for the topic is positivism because it obeys the opinion that only “factual knowledge” got from observation, measurement inclusive, istrustworthy. It also limits the researcher’s function to collection and interpretation of data in objective manner. The findings of this research are typically quantifiable and observable.Research approach It is scientific design and procedure involving steps of broad assumptions to comprehensive data collection technique, analysis and consequently interpretation (Cavaye,
1996). There are basically two categories of research approaches namely inductive approach and deductive approach. In this study, we shall use the inductive approach to gathering, analyzing and interpreting the data. The inductive approach is chosen because it is concerned with the issueof generating a new concept developing the data and uses, research questions to narrow down thescope of the study. The research strategy It is a technique that contains plans and actions that are used by the researcher when dealing with a certain research problem with his specific set of questions, objects and techniques selected for the investigations (Spencer & Ritchie, 2002). The research strategies that will be used in inductive approach will include; a survey, grounded theory and ethnography. Survey strategy entails selection of a particular sample respondent from a particular population and prepares questionnaires to them. Grounded theory will entail construction of theory through data gathering and analyze it.
