Develop the Strategic Plan (using Appendix 4) Once you have received feedback from the CEO, proceed with developing the Strategic Plan using the template provided. You will need to ensure you complete all sections of the Plan and use clear and concise English. Your strategic plan will need to include specific actions to include each of the strategic objectives. You must include responsibilities and timelines for each action, as well as key performance indicators Each of the actions should be ordered commencing with the most urgent action first. 2. Write an email to the CEO seeking comment, support and endorsement of the plan The email text should summarise the contents of the attachment and seek their feedback The text of the email should be in grammatically correct English, written in an appropriate (polite, business-like) style. 3. Prepare a brief presentation to communicate the plan. Develop and deliver a 10 minutes presentation, sourcing information from the plan developed in Activity 3, to communicate the plan to all relevant parties. Your presentation must cover the overview of the plan, revised mission, vision and values statement, action plan and the responsibilities of the relevant people. Brief people with a specific role in relation to strategies. Refer to the action plan from the strategic plan to identify the responsibilities of various people in the implementation of the plan.
