When protests are conducted, people do not realize that in as much as they are trying to express how they feel, they also sacrifice a great deal. In this situation, after the protests were over and they finally got what they were asking for, they needed to start rebuilding themselves and correcting the damage made. After the Stamp Act negotiations were over, the British decided to introduced the Tea Act. This Act was to govern revenue that was made by the Americans and how it would be used. I strongly believe that the British were very smart in the ways that they dealt with the Americans. They were not willing to take any defeat laying down. The British made it appear as though the Americans had won the Stamp Act battle so, to allow businesses to begin running again. The Tea Act was a very strategic plan by the British to control the Americans. What was the point of having a business and making revenue but, not fully controlling where or how the revenue was spent? Sadly, the Americans realized that they will never be a fair world for as long as they are under British control. Americans had no choice but to either submit to the British or resort to violence. I agree that the Americans had to go to war for what they believed they deserved. Also, to break free from the unfair rule of the British. Americans would never have had the freedom that they have today. The British would have continued to find ways to suppress Americans and the more that would have happened, they more they would have lost control of themselves.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
