Uriarte 5 The 146 cases in 32 states led to the clause prohibition of foreign law in American courts because it would have resulted in a conflict with rights promised by the constitution. Sharia law should not have a part in the U.S. Judicial system because it would affect others religious freedoms because it would be based around one religion’s beliefs and way of life and would not be fair to other people's beliefs. Sharia Law would affect women's because men would be more superior then women and it would not be fair, and the United States would not be equal to all men. Sharia law would affect marriage laws because Sharia law puts men as more superior then women and the Laws are based on men being more superior then women. Although many states of the U.S. have a prohibition of accepting foreign law Sharia Law is not banned from the U.S. it is allowed as long as it does not go against the Laws in the United States.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
