1.3.My leadership style LISTENING I lean towards a democratic and participative style of leadership. Usually I tend to set the parameters for the work, listen to opinions and collectively take a decision. I gradually like to build trust between myself and people, as they’ll likely feel more engaged and valued. I dislike disagreements and conflicts, and I might struggle finding the right consensus between the parties/ people that are involved in the clash because of my neutral status. I acknowledge people’s opinions, and it is more likely for me to gain creative input and fresh ideas from them that wouldn’t have come up if i were alone. THE THINGS I VALUE Hold creative planning sessions Communication Being Humble Flexible and Open Mutual Acceptance

Although I identify my traits as generally assertive and spontaneous, being an introvert has not stopped me being socially involved and exploring leadership.
