those policies. A company requires an ethical decision making that let us act in good faith in handling with other company. First we need to address our decisions, and to evaluate our actions through diverse structure at work. From a practical perspective, we need to recognize that our actions will create the least harm or greater good. First a full disclosure of her employment history could be harmful to her ability to provide for her family. Second withholding information could cause harm to the prospective employer. If we are honest with them it would be easy for us to disclose her actions at our company. In the moral way what we will improve from the second action it can be tentative. The new employment may be good for her family in the short period but it could be deteriorate with her position in the long run if the prospective employer discovers that all her information that we disclosed were incorrect. The fairness and Integrity method could also be used in the aspect of conflict of interest. In case if the prospective employer is a friend. We need to understand what would be the ethical decision, if we put this in another perspective.
