Analyse how the two organizations meet the stakeholders’ interests and expectations highlighting similarities and differences of the two firms Similarities: - Shareholders: they concentrate on the bank’s profit, the deadline of payment dividends because it is important for them which affect directly to their own benefits - Directors: develop innovative products ans services, maintain the stability to develop the bank better and better - Managers: do the human resource management, hire and train and develop their skills, manage the employees and ensure their benefits - Employees: recruit well-trained and experienced staff for the organization, work effectively with the professionalism, treat colleagues nicely and fair, treat strictly to the employees who breaks the rules - Community: pay attention and develop all the department and areas of the bank to lead the work - Customers: satisfy the customers’ needs and demand with modernized and effective services Differences: - Vietinbank: the Government is affected and concerned about the development and success of the bank so they mainly focus on the economic growth and also the social development - ANZ: this is an international bank so Government is not the factor they are concerned. Therefore, they are mainly focus on the customers, especially young people who are the main object using their products, service and bring the most profit to the bank.

3.1. Interrelationship between different functions within Vietinbank and How they link to organisational objectivives and structures 3.2. Analyse the structure of Vietinbank explaining its organisational chart in the light of its strengths and weakness The human resource distribution in Vietinbank has changed a lot in recent years. According to organizational chart (Appendix A), in structure of function, since Vietinbank shareeholders’ equity is include 64% of Government and 20% of Mistsubishi, every decisions and operations of the bank have to be made by the shareholders and the board of directors in the meetings. In terms of the strength, they can make better decision with many people who have expertise will execute those decisions. Furthermore, each department such as Spervisor Board, Internal Adult Department and or Secretariat of the Board have different functions and mission and they have a mutual support and work under the direction of the shareholders and the Board. In Vietinbank, Board of Directors take responsibilities for human resource, salary committee, ALCO committee, risk management committee, policy committee and payment committee while Board of Management manages the credit council and financial institutions council. Therefore, it avoids duplication to make it easier for the recruitment, training, working process and meet the goals of the efficiency in the utilization of resource. The structure also ensures the accountability of each employees in many divisions under the direction of Board of Management to promote the efficiency of the work to satisfy the customers of the bank.
