MGW3234 Social Entrepreneurship Group Proposal hygiene and sanitation practices. Year 2 : Once systems are set up and the social venture is progressing smoothly in one village we will expand to a neighboring village. We will promote participation in the new village by encouraging beneficiaries from the first village to become ambassadors for Future Filter. This will occur by repeating the steps in year 1 onto a new village. Year 3 : The goal is providing water access and sanitation needs to as many villages spanning Uganda where the crisis is most severe, the more the better. Encouraging continued and growing participation in the venture. Improve workshops with feedback from villagers. Also improving efficiency of entering villages. Year 4 : Aiming to plan the next country to enter. Repeating steps from the initial village and learning from our mistakes we can hopefully make a more efficient system. Plan and prepare the necessary documentation to enter the new country and learn about the affected areas. Year 5 : Ambition is to execute the plans from year 4 and begin in a new country. Getting all legal documentation processed and building the venture in the new country such as Nigeria where there is a large problem with sanitation. Also, gain support from other charities in the the country who will have distribution channels and know which towns are most affected and need help. Maintain the values of the company and improve the lives of as many people as possible. Year 10 : Solve clean access to water and sanitation problems in as many countries possible. Build a network of support organisations dealing with the issue and continue to help people. Advance technology to provide even cheaper and more effective means of water filtration and sanitation facilities to poor people in developing countries across the world. 4.0 Managing Future Filter 4.1 Company Culture The HR strategy Future Filter will use is one that focuses on developing the values of the organisation within the roles and positions of the employees and volunteers. Being a social enterprise, Future Filter must maintain a level of altruism and empathy ( Volkmann, C., Tokarski, Kim Oliver, & Ernst, Kati. 2012) when conducting ourselves. Our strategy will derive from hiring personnel with empathetic characteristics. Rewarding employees is a key strategic mode of creating a better workplace culture.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
