Accomplishments: Inventory management, planning and control; - Went above the duties to introduce the ABC inventory system and kept to date the inventories (SKU’s) of trucks and lorries using colour coding which reduced location of items by 45%; - Inventory control: Issued spare parts to user departments, prepared requisitions for inventories to local and international suppliers, inspected and stored the goods, loaded, unloaded and moved material to and from storage and issuing areas; Reviewed technical specifications of spare parts for ordering purposes to ensure high quality goods are delivered, prepared quotation forms, daily activities and irregularities such as property damage, theft and unusual occurrences. VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE Commonwealth Scholarship (CSC) Alumni Advisory Panel Member: British Council: Nairobi, Kenya. August, 2019 Present. Accomplishments: Advising the evaluation team regarding specific project proposals, ensuring that appropriate questions are being asked; Advise on the design and usability of evaluation outputs and undertake interviews or focus groups for specific projects. Strategic advocacy and capacity building; - Contribute to the development of activities to support the CSC’s strategic objectives; - Represent the CSC at alumni events, in particular, the CSC Evaluation team and encourage alumni to complete surveys; - Advise on specific projects, including the CSC mentoring programme and the presentation of alumni stories for both web and print publication and the re-design and usability of the CSC website.
