For example, did the student: ask clients if they had a preferred order in which to do things; help the client pick out their clothes and lay them out in order before showering/bathing? This may have included giving the client some privacy when requested, allowing them to wash certain parts of their body, encouraging them to do certain tasks, not showing disgust when assisting with toileting or bathing, and so on.
