To be more successful in our digital marketing program we must implement a 360 degree campaign that includes the use of other social networks of high popularity at the moment. Our campaign can be supported by twitter, Instagram and YouTube platforms that move and attract different segments of the population and allow us to have almost total coverage of the market in which we want to capture, since most users are not present in all networks social. These applications allow the company to analyze, track and generate quantifiable data from users, as well as interconnection between them, allowing us to complement our strategy or direct users to our final products through material such as videos or publications. 7. Explain the process of establishing an experimentation framework and why it is important in digital marketing. For the development of a digital marketing strategy we have to make an analysis and study of our brand to determine how we are in the digital world and based on the results structure a plan with the following characteristics:

- Establish the target audience, make a SWOT analysis, compare our services and products with other competitors in the market and start designing a strategy that comprehensively covers our objectives and the appropriate channels for this. - Established channels we must create a CMR strategy in order to respond effectively to messages, interactions and comments in real time and also have an action plan to react and take advantage of or solve problems with your products or bad publicity issues of yours as of your competitors - The channels that are chosen for the strategy must respond to a specific or multiple public since a user does not have presence in all the channels chosen either by age or by their geographical and social position. This multi-channel strategy will allow us to reach a greater number of users and potential customers. - Iconography, design and usability are very important parts in the development of a digital strategy, this is complemented by testing processes with specific groups and focused on our strategy to obtain feedback and level of acceptance and with these data make corrections or optimizations who need our products. - Learn and know how to adapt quickly and effectively to changes in tastes, trends and interactions will allow us to move forward and stay in the market Using frameworks is very important in our marketing plans because they allow us to have a global vision of our products of their strengths and weaknesses in the digital world, it also helps us to show the importance and role of the interaction of customers with our company.
