3. If you were the HR leader of Honda, what would be your approach in handling the case? I would take a holistic approach in handling the case by: Negotiating using an Integrative approach with a win win for both parties. Respect the basic human rights of all individuals and all the laws in the Constitution of India. Overhaul the HR department and maintain clear channels of communication. Align the HR strategy to support the business. Use HR interventions both hard and soft tools for success.
