things with his imagination and creativity. He had unique and different methods to work more
efficiently. He would take notes and write his ideas on paper plates. This would eliminate his fear
of losing it in a pile of useless papers. This showed his creativity. He couldn’t just stop at 8
flavors for his candy or else it wouldn't stand out. To make his company a success, he had to
create 24 flavors for variety for consumers.
He had a few different ideas however Jelly Belly
was the only one that has reached huge success.
5. Discuss the extent to which the main character demonstrates the personality trait of
extraversion. Describe scenes from the movie to support your answer.

He had a high level of extraversion in his personality. He had a lot of energy and loved
interacting with adults and kids and would love to see them happy. He was very passionate. In
the movie we can see that he loved part taking in different tv shows and live shows. He would
always be excited
to go since he loved being recognized by people as the Jelly Belly man.
He has shown this trait by being passionate and sociable. He started with only 8 flavors and he
wanted to follow his dream and make more.
He thought of the different flavors that people may
like and want to try. He would keep in consideration of the product and what the consumers
would think which shows he wanted to always do better. He was social, he wanted to know what
his consumers thought of the product. He would want to talk and interact with his customers as
much as he could to make brand awareness.
