ANZ: Government do not be focused on, they are targeting young people. 3.1 Interrelationship Between Different Functions within Vietinbank and How They Link to Organisational Objectives and Structure. 3.2 Analyse the structure of Vietinbank explaining its organisational chart in the light of its strengths and weaknesses. Through the organization of Vietinbank chart (Appendix), Vietinbank is a functional organization. This is the organization that is arranged from the highest position to the lowest position of a system in order to maintain the function of each department. The arrangement helps Vietinbank to develop and employee's works efficiency. This structure of Vietinbank has some strengths and weaknesses: Strengths: This is one of professional ways in workplace, flexible change, create high reliability from customers. It promotes the economic growth of each sector, business objectives clearly that attract many investors from domestic and foreign. Weaknesses: The bank has several difficulties in following the progress of each department, solving the relationship between staffs, function services so it is easy to conflict internal in the company. 3.3 Critically analyse the interrelationship between various functions within Vietinbank and how they are interconnected to organisational objectives and structure of Vietinbank. The function if Vietinbank has interaction with each other. For example: HR and Operation: This is the part of management and strict division of work for employees closely. All staff-related in the company are done through this department who also handles all inquires or discussions from the staff.

IT and credit approval: Any personal information is stored in the Vietinbank documentation and software is a tool which they use to store this information. Moreover, using credit card payments must be handled through the IT portal of the card. Treasury and market with brand and communication: Observe the labour market and the needs of the human so that they plan to develop the bank in accordance with the trend of society. However, couples with market development, Vietinbank still have to keep the traditional and rules set out to fit the company. Treasury and market with risk management: Understand the market situation to deal with unexpected risks. Vietinbank need to have temporary solutions to avoid heavy looses later on.
