6 However, I do not understand the person who determines when the inner training is complete. I am left wondering whether the test is done by God to determine whether the individual has undergone a full transformation. Despite my questions, I believe that no individual can fool God since he works with our hearts and not the things we say. He has the true understanding of our inner selves, unlike some men who believe that they the discernment of the spirit and get tricked to believe that they have the attributes of a leader. My point is that there is no evidence to proof the inward training. I also had the question on how to deal with conflict. I did not have a particular understanding whether there is one particular time when a leader was not allowed to deal with conflict. I got myself questioning whether they should be left to seek assistance outside the church or wait upon God to lead them through their concerns. Being a member of the church and a nurse, I am a witness of how conflicts have brought down good initiatives since the leaders could not handle them appropriately. In most situations, the failure to handle them at the appropriate time or just overlooked them. From my understanding of a leader, I get the perception that leaders are expected to have an understanding of how the address all forms of situations. An individual who has a dislike for conflict finds it exceptionally difficult to handle them. Action The book is a necessary read for any potential leader or anyone who serves as a current leader. RELIGION AND THEOLOGY 6 the hospital doing his internship. Sam had a great desire to help the sick get well and educate the community on healthy living to improve on the quality of life. He had been an active member of the team and had gone out on numerous occasions with them. His attributes portrayed him to be a natural leader with great passion to help. On several occasions, I talked to him and told him that someday, he would make a great nurse in the future. Despite him having such adorable qualities, there were several that we had to seek out together. I had gotten complaints from other members of the team that on several occasions he regularly interrupted them while educating people. He was also naughty and acted like a know- it-all person concerning all individuals. Some time back, we went out with him and other members of the team to create awareness on healthy eating habits. I got a first-hand experience with his behavior. He interrupted me while I was presenting a group of obese women. After the presentation, I called him and talked to him about his behavior. Having read Clinton’s book, I realized that Sam needed a mentor to work along with him to teach and offer guidance.
