This way we learn if the impotence of integrating and implementing ethical practices in the running of our business. The ethical practices an be designed to accommodate staff and the clients, staff members who read good ethical practices in their organizations are shown to be more motivated as compared totheir counterparts who practice in profit driven institutions. As a result of their motivation and sense of belonging, their clients are treated well because of the embedded feeling of satisfaction, this has a direct impact on organizational performance, sustainability and profitability. Value of humanity oriented - Humanity.When businesses indulge in unethical pracices that negates the value of humanity such as slaveryand use of unhealthy raw materials to maximize their profits, they negate the the very fundamental principles of humanity. This way they will be putting human lives at risk for the purpose of maximized profitability. In addition the organization will be putting forward their interests ahead of the God’s intended way of living a meaningfull life. Seidman summarized this by emphasizing that doing the next right thing is indeed different from doing the next thing right.
